	In simple terms Cash Trap helps teach your children logic and decision making. The card they choose to play will have an overall effect on the position of every other player. It has them thinking in a fun and un-pressured environment. The game, is so easy to learn and play, they quickly grasp the objective and the more they play, the more they get out of the game. Cash Trap has been play tested by a child with dyslexia and children as young as 7 years old. If they struggle to read the words, they recognise the differences through the colours and layout. It has also been tested by our local Scout Group (and the night went so well, more nights are being scheduled in other clubs across Cheshire). We have play tested Cash Trap by 4 children who regularly play chess, two of those children play chess for Lancashire. Thorough testing was carried out before this game ever went into production. In all the cases above, once having played, those children were so enthused that their families bought or pre ordered their own copy of Cash Trap.

	In addition, our play test at the Mind Sports Olympiad proved to be a success, and lots of interest was shown; at this point it was in prototype format, but since then 6 copies have been sold to Tony Corfe, the event organisor. 2 copies also went to a University Lecturer at Leek University, for his students to play as a study exercise in probability and statistics, and Cash Trap is strongly recommended by many school teachers.

Without them realising, by playing Cash Trap they will be learning skills of future use in the adult worls. (If I do this it will affect my or my opponents next move). Planning future routes across the board and encountering unexpected setbacks from the other players moves are all part of the learning process.

HAPPY MEMORIES - Remember the games you used to play, Ludo, Sorry, Frustration, Halma and .......Cash Trap is a mix of many great favourites.

I played them as a kid with my Grandparents and loved every minute. It was because of those games, I was inspired to create Cash Trap (in 1986 as you may have read on our History Page). The interaction, the thrill of winning, and the anticipation all excited me. I still think back now and realise this was quality time spent with my Grandparents. Unfortunately games today are very different, but I believe playing traditional style games should be part of every childs growing up years.

Introducing your grandchild to Cash Trap will help them learn many aspects about decision making. In difference to some old favourites where a move was perhaps dependant on the roll of a dice, Cash Trap offers options - lots of them, it's played in a way which keeps the childs attention and interest. For the very young you present colour, counting and simple movement, for the older ones, mild strategy, a great stepping stone to more indepth games such as Chess.

Cash Trap is clean, light-hearted fun, no violent theme, no trivia questions, no dice and no breakable parts. It is fresh, colourful and simple, but grows with the child in complexity as they get older.
And once they reach adulthood, they never too old to play, Cash Trap will be brought out and played throughout their lives, and...... into their next generation.

Cash Trap has been played on the beaches of Mauritshuis (not by us unfortunately)	and in the gardens of our pub (this may have been by us - we like to travel), but we refer here to many visiting customers).	We know it lies in wait in many caravans, and holiday homes, it also has residence on a yaught.
For those balmy (balmy) barbaque evenings.	For when sitting on a balconey. No TV. Too dark to read a book, and too light to play the game console.	For when the rain falls so hard there IS no escape.
For an alternative activity in the long summer holidays.	To spend time doing things together - That why we go on holiday!	To keep the kids amused while you sit and relax.
