Prices and Taxes
Individual Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling and where appropriate include VAT at 17.5%. The final total price shown will include a postage and package charge and will be clearly displayed before you commit to buy.
If your delivery address is outside the UK you may be subject to import duty and taxes. Any such additional charges for the customs clearance which can vary from country to country must be borne by you. Contact your local customs office for more information.
Please note that when shipping products internationally, border crossing shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by custom authorities.

We accept the following debit / credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Solo, Switch, Visa Electron and Visa Delta - all via PayPal.
* Cheques: Cheques to be made payable to New Century Games Ltd. Cheque clearance will be required before the products will be despatched.
You undertake that all details provided for the purpose of ordering or purchasing of goods are correct. That the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that are sufficient funds to cover the cost of goods ordered.

Confirmation of Order
Once your online order is placed we will send an email confirming the details.
Despatch
Most orders are despatched within 2 working days, In the event your order cannot be despatched within 5 working days we will contact you.
Delivery
UK - Delivery is usually between 3 and 5 working days after despatch
EU - Delivery is usually between 3 and 10 working days after despatch
Zones - All other areas, delivery is usually between 5 and 14 working days after despatch.
Delivery times quoted are only estimates and New Century Games shall not be liable for any delays howsoever caused. All parties shall be excused from failure to deliver, if such failure or delay is due to causes beyond their control. Such causes may include Acts of God, riots, epidemics, fires, floods, inability to obtain materials, failure or delays in transportation. Supply will resume as soon as reasonably practical.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel. The goods can be returned for a full refund of the price of goods. Postage and Delivery is not refundable. If you wish to return the goods we must be notified of your intention within 7 days of receiving the goods. The cost of returns is solely the responsibility of the customer. Goods must be returned to us undamaged.
Faulty Goods
Faulty goods will be limited to the replacement of components issued. It will be the responsibility of the customer to check the contents of their purchase and notification must be within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the product being used for any other purpose than which it was intended.
Returns
A return authorisation number must be clearly shown on the outside of any parcels returned. Unless otherwise arranged this is normally your invoice number. Please include inside the reasons for the return.
A 20% re-stocking fee (excluding VAT) may be charged in the event that the product returned is not faulty.
It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that any products returned are properly insured and under no circumstances will New Century Games Ltd accept responsibility for products which are lost in transit.
Liability, Title & Risk
All risk in the product shall pass to you the customer once payment has been received.
New Century Games do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss or damage to property or persons and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of this web site or for any products or services purchased within.
With respect to any claim, we will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum of the total price of the purchase.
Miscellaneous
Our terms and conditions may alter from time to time. If alterations are made, the date at which your order was placed will be the terms & conditions applicable to you. It is recommended your terms & conditions are printed for reference.
Once we receive confirmation and you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with these term and conditions) any sum debited to New Century Games from your credit or debit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that same account as soon as possible, in any event taking no longer than 30 days, provided that the goods returned are in the same condition as they where when delivered to you.
Legal
It is a crime to use a false name or to use a known invalid form of payment. Anyone caught deliberately entering into a fictitious or an erroneous order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
These terms and conditions are subject to the laws and exclusive jurisdiction of the United Kingdom.
